OWNERS

Randy Hawkins was born and raised in Bedford, IN.  He began his career at Hoosier Parts, the local automotive and heavy-duty parts store, starting at an entry level position and quickly working his way up all the way to manager.  After successfully managing the Bedford Hoosier Parts location for over a decade, Randy wanted to set out on his own and create HBW, along with his friend Damon Bailey, to focus primarily on business-to-business sales in the heavy-duty markets.  Randy has been a strong advocate of business in the Bedford community, working on local bank and hospital boards, and maintaining strong relationships with local government and commerce chambers.

Damon Bailey rose to fame by being one of the greatest basketball legends in Indiana history.  After leading Bedford North Lawrence high school to a championship, and the Indiana Hoosiers to a Final Four appearance, Damon set out to join his friend, and business mentor, Randy, in creating HBW.  The duo's emphasis on teamwork, and dedication to customer service, has built HBW into one of the premier suppliers of maintenance supplies in the Midwest. In addition to HBW, Damon serves on the local bank board of directors, and assists in coaching the local high school basketball team.
